We are an international consulting organization dedicated to sharing the expertise in infrastructure development and athlete cultivation that the Japanese skateboarding community has accumulated over the past half-century on its journey to the world’s peak. Our mission is to support nations, organizations, and individuals in their growth, fostering both technical excellence and human development for all skateboarders. 

1. Total Academy for Athletic Excellence and Character Building 

• Support for Competitive Athletes: We offer a holistic "Mind, Body, Spirit, and Environment" program to ensure athletes can perform at their peak on the global stage. 

• The Process of Autonomy and Challenge: We cultivate a "challenging spirit" and "problem-solving skills" through a process of self-reflection and trial-and-error. 

• Total Care and Strategy: We provide support in essential areas such as nutrition, sleep, psychology, and injury prevention. Technical skill is only a small fraction of success. 

2. Competition and Event Management Support 

• Seamless Operations and Rule Application: Drawing on our expertise in international competitions and the Olympics, we provide operational management for safe and fair events. 

• Specialized First Aid Teams: We establish medical protocols specifically tailored to skateboarding accidents, ensuring a safe environment.
